Refund Policy

We strongly recommend that our visitors review carefully the extensive detailed outline of each course and preview thoroughly the trial tutorials, problem drills and cheat sheets available in the Preview area of this site. We also encourage you to contact our customer serivces or academic advisors if any issue unclear before the purchase, either via our toll-free phone service or email our support line.

Due to the irrevocable nature of our non-tangible e-Learning products, we do not typically issue refunds. ALL sales are final. For that reason, we have made our products transparent with the complete content listings for all of our courses chapter by chapter and demo of each of the five components in a course. The phone line and email support desk are all open to pre-sales inquiries.

We might, at our discretion, make exceptions with this rule if it is requested within the 24 hours after the online delivery of the course (granted access to the membership site), since our products are the 24-hour rapid courses. On a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned, we might consider the refund (excluding the shipping & handling charge if shipped, and 25% restocking fee may also be applied) or issue a store credit if the reasons for the request are well justified, such as a product is not usable or defected. To do so, please fill out the Refund Request Partition form and fax it back to the Refund Review Board at (866)475-5444 (fax). Our board should have your case reviewed within five business days. If approved, all physical course materials received must be returned at its original mint condition, unopened, back to Rapid Learning Center. If the gold or platinum seal of the CD/DVD is broken or tampered, the product can't be returned.

For a fraudulent use of a credit card, please contact your credit card company and file a claim with them. Due to the security reason, we do not store any credit card data of our customers.
