Due to the irrevocable nature of our non-tangible e-Learning products, we do encourage you to contact our support to resolve any issue before requesting refund or exchange. We have made our products transparent with the complete content outline for all of our courses chapter by chapter and demo of each of the five components in a course. The phone line and email support desk are all open to pre-sales inquiries.
There are two types of Rapid Learning products - one time fee (standard, premium, platinum and certified editions) and monthly subscription (recurring billing until cancel). The monthly subscription is non-refundable once it is charged and online access is granted.

The monthly subscription (SM) is for one month and thereafter until you cancel it explicitly either via inside of your membership area or contact us to cancel it for you. We will cancel your subscription only if you request it. However, we can't retro-cancel/refund the previous month(s) of subscription.
For one-time-fee products, we might, at our discretion, issue refund or store credit if it is requested within the seven (7) days after the online delivery of the course (granted access to the membership site). To go further, we will also consider a one-time exchange within thirty (30) days of purchase, re-shipping fee might apply. If our product is not usable or defective, the replacement is rapid and free of charge. To do so, please fill out the Refund/Exchange Request Partition form and fax it back to the Refund Review Board at (866)475-5444 (fax). If approved, all physical course materials received must be returned at its original mint condition with the signed refund settlement form and the RMA issued by us, back to Rapid Learning Center. We value our customers and work to make this process easy and hassle-free.
For a fraudulent use of a credit card, please contact your credit card company and file a claim with them.
